In September 20-21, he was honored to receive the HIRANUMA-JPS award by professor Huh Jung-Bo of the Department of Dental Prosthodontics at the Asian Academy of Prosthodontics in Malaysia. 

This award honors invited speakers who have presented the best lectures among the 11 invited speakers recommended by 11 dental prosthodontists. In this lecture, Prof. Heo Jun has lectured on the development motive of "EZ crown" which is a newly developed implant prosthesis system and solutions to overcome the shortcomings of the existing implant prosthetic system.
