4. 주의 사항:
1) 일정 변경은 지양하며, 부득이하게 일정 변경이 필요한 경우 심사위원 및 행정실에 개별 연락 바랍니다.
2) 2차 심사는 비공개 심사입니다. 1차 심사와 동일하게 심사용 제본 논문 1부 및 논문표절방지 프로그램 결과물(Turnitin 보고서)을 심사 당일 심사위원께 제출 바랍니다.
※ 행정실 제출 불필요 / 표절률 기준: 20% 미만 / 제출일 변경 시 지도교수님과 사전 상의 요망
3) 심사 전에 논문심사 결과보고서를 준비하여 심사 당일 심사 종료 후 심사위원장께 전달 바랍니다.
4) 논문심사 결과보고서 제출 → 2025. 12. 31.(수) 17:00까지 국제전문대학원 행정실 제출 (기간 엄수)
5) 최종 인준 날인 논문 1부 제출 → 2026. 1. 2.(금) 17:00까지 국제전문대학원 행정실 제출 (기간 엄수)
6) 심사 포기 또는 연기 시, 즉시 행정실로 연락 바랍니다.

4. IMPORTANT NOTE:
1) Schedule changes should be avoided. If a change is unavoidable, please contact your committee members and the GSIS Office individually in advance.
2) The 2nd Thesis Examination will be held behind closed doors.
As in the 1st examination, please submit one copy of your thesis for review (hardbinding is not required) and the Turnitin Similarity Report to your committee members on the day of the examination.
※ Submission to the GSIS Office is not required.
※ Similarity threshold: below 20%.
※ If you need to change the submission date, please consult your academic advisor in advance.
3) Before the examination, please prepare the Thesis Examination Result Report.
Immediately after the examination, please submit the completed report to the Committee Chairperson on the same day.
4) Submission of the Thesis Examination Result Report → By 2025. Dec. 31.(Wed) at 17:00 to the GSIS Office (Deadline strictly enforced)
5) Submission of the final hardbound thesis (with approval stamp/sign) → By 20265. Jan. 2.(Fri) at 17:00 to the GSIS Office (Deadline strictly enforced)
6) If you wish to withdraw from or postpone the examination, please contact the GSIS Office immediately.
