The Schedule of Final Result Report and Thesis Submission
□ 논문심사 결과보고서 제출
1. 제출 기한: 2025년 12월 31일 (금) 오후 5시까지 (기한엄수)
2. 제출 장소: 국제전문대학원 행정실
3. 제출 서류 및 논문
- 논문심사결과보고서 1부 (첨부파일)
- 논문제목 변경신청서(첨부파일, 심사요구서 제출 이후 논문 제목을 변경한 경우에만 제출)
□ 1차 논문제출 (학과용)
1. 제출 기한: 2026년 1월 2일 (금) 오후 5시까지 (기한엄수)
2. 제출 장소: 국제전문대학원 행정실
3. 제출 서류 및 논문
- 최종 인준 논문 원본 1부 (모든 심사위원의 서명 또는 도장이 포함된 인준지 첨부)
4. 제본 양식
- 학생지원시스템에 게시된 논문 양식 파일(HWP)을 사용해 제본
- 경로: 학생지원시스템 → 졸업 → 학위청구논문 → 논문작성지침
※ 1차 논문제출 이후 논문 제목을 변경할 수 없음
□ 2차 논문제출 (도서관용)
1. 제출 기한: 2026년 2월 2일(월) 오후 5시까지 (기한엄수)
2. 제출 장소: 국제전문대학원 행정실 (행정실 취합 후 도서관에 일괄 제출 예정)
3. 제출 논문: 석⸳박사 학위 논문 3부
- 표지: 회색 레자크지 사용 (흑색 양장표지 사용 안함)
※ 주의사항: 논문이 부산대학교 학위논문 작성지침에 맞지 않을 경우, 재제본 요청이 있을 수 있습니다. 반드시 작성지침을 확인하고 되도록 학생지원시스템의 HWP 양식 파일을 사용하여 작성해 주시기 바랍니다.
□ 온라인 논문 제출: 추후 별도 안내 예정
□ 공통 유의사항
1. 논문심사결과보고서 및 인준지의 심사위원 확인은 도장 또는 자필 서명으로 받으시기 바랍니다.
2. 도서관 제출용 논문에도 서명/날인된 원본 인준지를 사용해야 합니다.
3. 학과장, 전공주임, 부원장은 모두 이대중 교수님입니다.
□ Report of Thesis Evaluation Submission
1. Deadline: 2025. Dec. 31.(Fri) by 5:00 p.m. (Punctuality Required)
2. Submission Location: GSIS Office
3. Required Documents:
- Report of Thesis Evaluation (attached)
- Application for Change of Thesis Title (attached, only if your thesis title has been changed since the initial application for thesis evaluation.)
□ First Thesis Submission (for GSIS)
1. Deadline: 2026. Jan. 2. (Fri) by 5:00 p.m. (Punctuality Required)
2. Submission Location: GSIS Office
3. Required Documents:
- One original bound copy of the final thesis with an approval page (including signatures or seals from all committee members)
4. Thesis Formatting:
- Use the official thesis template (HWP file) uploaded on the Onestop system
- How to Download : Visit 학생지원시스템(Onestop) → click 졸업 → click 학위청구논문 → 논문작성지침
※ The thesis title cannot be changed after the First Thesis Submission.
□ Second Thesis Submission (for Library)
1. Deadline: 2026. Feb. 2. (Mon) by 5:00 p.m. (Punctuality Required)
2. Submission Location: GSIS Office
3. Required Documents: Three bound copies of the thesis
- Cover: Use gray Rezac paper; black hardcover is not allowed.
※ Note: If the thesis does not meet PNU formatting guidelines, re-submission may be required. Please refer to the official guidelines and use the HWP thesis template from Onestop whenever possible.
□ Uploading Thesis to PNU Library Website: Will be announced later
□ Important Notes
1. Committee approval on the Thesis Evaluation Report and the Approval Page may be completed with either signatures or seals.
2. The original Approval Page with signatures or seals must also be included in the thesis copy submitted to the library.
3. The Department chair(학과장), Program chair(전공주임), and Associate dean(부원장) are all Professor Lee Dae-joong.
