□ 재입학 신청
1. 신청 대상
- 학칙 제67조에 따라 제적된 자
- 학칙 제67조 제2~3호의 사유(재학연한 초과자, 학사경고 연속 3회자)로 제적된 학생은 제적된 날로부터 6개월이 경과한 후 재입학 신청 가능
- 제적 당시의 모집 단위가 재입학 신청 시 폐지되었을 경우 유사 학과에 재입학 신청 가능
□ 재입학 허가
1. 재입학 허가는 재입학 모집인원 총정원(여석) 범위 내에서 시행
- 대학원 과정의 여석은 당해 학년도 입학정원에서 재학생 수를 제외한 수로 산정
※ 대학원 과정 재입학 여석은 후기 학위수여식(2026. 2. 20.) 후 별도 산정
□ 제출서류
- 재입학원서 서식 1부(붙임2)
- 성적증명서 및 학적부 각 1부
※ 성적 이수 학기가 없을 경우 재입학원서 하단 오른쪽에 볼펜으로 “성적 이수 없음”을 별도 표시
- 재입학 지원학과 교수 회의록 각 1부(해당자에 한함*)
* 재학연한 초과자, 학사경고 연속 3회자, 무기정학 징계처분 이력이 있는 재입학 신청자는 소속 대학(원)의 학과(부)나 전공 교수회의의 승인을 받아야 한다.
□ 신청 기한
- 외국인 학생: 2025. Dec. 4.(Thu) ~ 2025. Dec. 12.(Fri)
- 한국인 학생: 2026. 1. 19.(월) ~ 1. 30.(금)
- 국제전문대학원 행정실 (삼성산학협동관 801호)로 제출
□ 재입학 허가 예정일
- 외국인 학생: 2026. Jan. 9.(Fri)
- 한국인 학생: 2026. 2. 23.(월)
※ 허가일은 변경 가능
□ Eligibility for Re-Admission
1. Applicants
- Students who were disenrolled in accordance with Article 67 of the PNU Academic Regulations.
- Students disenrolled for exceeding the maximum period of study or receiving academic probation for three consecutive semesters (Article 67, Items 2–3) may apply for re-admission only after 6 months have passed from the date of disenrollment.
- If the department (major) at the time of disenrollment has been abolished, students may apply for re-admission to a related or equivalent department.
□ Approval of Re-Admission
1. Re-admission will be granted within the quota (remaining seats) allocated for re-admission.
- For graduate programs, the number of available seats is calculated by subtracting the number of enrolled students from the admission quota of the relevant academic year.
※ Graduate program re-admission quotas will be finalized after the 2026 February Graduation Ceremony (2026. 2. 20.).

- Re-Admission Application Form (Form 2)
- Official Transcript & Academic Record (1 copy each)
※ If no academic records exist, please write “No completed coursework” in pen at the bottom-right section of the application form.
- GSIS Faculty Meeting Minutes(if applicable*)
* Students who were disenrolled for exceeding the maximum study period, receiving three consecutive academic probations, or receiving disciplinary suspension must obtain approval from the department (major) faculty meeting.
□ Application Period
- Foreign Students: 2025. Dec. 4.(Thu) ~ 2025. Dec. 12.(Fri)
- 한국인 학생: 2026. 1. 19.(월) ~ 1. 30.(금)
- Submission Location: GSIS Office, Sanhak Bldg. Room 801 (Submit all required documents in person)
□ Expected Date of Re-Admission Approval
- Expected Date of Re-Admission Approval: 2026. Jan. 9.(Fri)
- 한국인 학생: 2026. 2. 23.(월)
