Graduate Student Core Competency Test
- The core competencies for graduate students are the competencies that graduate students must possess: not only the ability to plan and execute research but also to converge various knowledge bases, solve problems creatively, and collaborate efficiently with people engaged in various fields in that process, and thus contributing to the local and global community.
Purpose and method of Graduate Student Core Competency Test
- The core competency test is administered to help you better understand your strengths and weaknesses and the change in trends regarding core competencies, and the continuous development of your competencies based on the test results.
- You are encouraged to further develop your competencies evaluated based on the graduate students’ core competencies tool by actively participating in the Graduate School’s curricular and extracurricular programs.
- We recommend self-administering the Graduate Student Core Competency Test at least three times during your study duration in the degree program
(admission semester, mid-term, and graduation semester).
※ The Graduate Student Core Competency Test can be administered once per semester (test periods are separately notified) - It takes about 15 minutes to complete the 49-item Graduate Student Core Competency Test Questionnaire.
